Today we will be taking a look at the Bose QuietControl 30 and the  Bose QuietComfort 35 II which both boast a price of 299$ as of now due to discounts (originally the and the Bose QuietComfort 35 II cost 350$)  ability to noise cancel. let's take an in-depth look at various websites and sources for each of the Bose product.
"
First, let's take a look at the Bose QuietControl 30. A reminder this is a Bluetooth earphone meaning no wires but less audio quality its Bluetooth range is 10m it uses a lithium-ion battery which boasts a 10 hr use time per charge. if any of you are interested here are the dimensions Headphones dimension: 6 H x 6.5 W x 0.75 L inches; Case dimension: 6.5 H x 6.75 W x 1.4 L inches. and depending on the environment you can manually change the noise canceling although it is not as powerful as the QuietComfort series. it also ha a Noise-rejecting dual-microphone system to deliver calls otherwise impossible due to the noise in the environment. and since this is Bose we all know it's user-friendly and really comfortable it fits really well.
it is generally rated from 3 to 4 stars in Amazon, trustedreviews, rtings, runnerclick, and cnet.
with the general use, the battery life of 10 hrs if used casually can net up to a week or two before needing to charge. call quality is really clear on both ends and its sweat resistant meaning it could be used for sports. the audio quality is good the base is not that exaggerated but it does sound slight unnatural at times. as you go louder the audio might be affected but not that much so it's good for casual listening that doesn't require critical audio quality.

but it is pricey and has no wired options unlike the Bose QuietComfort 35 II

Next, the Bose QuietComfort 35 II. the Bose QuietComfort 35 II has the added feature of google assistant action button which is lacking in the Bose QuietComfort 35. this time the Bose QuietComfort 35 II has 20 hours of wireless mode and has passive mode if your saving battery it also has a chord if you need to plug it in like in an airplane. it has an even better noise canceling and audio quality meaning if you're in a crowd or in a really windy area the Bose QuietComfort 35 II covers that for you and you can hear your own voice so you won't have to worry of accidentally shouting. it also has Alexa built in and if you have iPhone you can also access Siri.
  • Three levels of world-class noise cancellation for better listening experience in any environment
  • Alexa-enabled for voice access to music, information, and more
  • Noise-rejecting dual-microphone system for clear sound and voice pick-up
  • Balanced audio performance at any volume

-description in Amazon

the audio quality is clear and if I may say better than the QC30. comfort and user-friendliness are great because its from Bose period. it is really durable to able to withstand forceful stretches. at the Bose website, you can manually choose the color of your choice.
I generally see a 4 to 5-star rating from Amazon, TechRadar, whathifi, and soundguys.

So right now what I recommend is to get the Bose QuietComfort 35 II right now because it's on sale and has the same price to the Bose QuietControl 30 right now. and is really comfortable and has one of the best technologies for noise canceling.

Thanks for reading and I hope you can make your choice on what to buy if you need more sites to further do your research here are some sources i used

It is great for training because of how light it is The Paddle comes in 7  sizes I personally have the red one ( M size ). as you go to the largest size you get more speed in each stroke but as you pick the smaller sizes it gives you more technique. I personally recommend it. it is really comfortable and light It is also customizable with it giving enough holes for you to choose what type of fit you want. you can get it here!
